You must be able to run and function on your own but will also work with a diverse team of designers, developers, project managers, copywriters, SEO specialists, strategists and content generators. As part of the team, you will establish a close working relationship with the CEO, fostering collaboration, continuous learning, growth and mentorship.
Human skills- Must be organised, forward-thinking, good at overcoming challenges and knowing when to pivot
- Think critically and strategically, with an understanding of scrum principles
- Be extremely thorough, responsible and dependable, with well-developed powers of concentration
- Work steadily towards identified goals
- Thrive on turning theories into workable plans of action
- Most important, realise that you are joining a creative family of like-minded individuals
Tech skills- Expertise should include, but not be limited to, wireframing, responsive design and web typography
- Excellent Photoshop and SketchApp skills are non-negotiable
- Produce prototypes that can be transformed to fully functional websites
- Have meticulous understanding of clean, semantic W3C-compliant HTML
