Digital Marketing Manager

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition for our small to medium enterprise business units.
• Drive the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (website, social media, email marketing) and traditional mediums (print, radio, sponsorship events).
• Create and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective allocation of resources and maximise return on investment.
• Conduct market research and analyse customer insights to identify target segments, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development and customer service, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Manage external agencies and vendors to develop and execute creative content, advertising materials, and other marketing collateral.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns using data-driven metrics and provide recommendations for optimisation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing techniques, sharing insights and implementing best practices within the organisation.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
• Foster relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and strategic partners to maximize brand exposure and secure PR opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, digital marketing, brand management or a related field (master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience (three-plus years) in a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, practices, and methodologies, with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data insights to drive marketing strategies and decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and convey complex concepts to a wide range of audiences.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital analytics tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
