TourAxis and Expat Explore are seeking a passionate, detailed orientated Supplier Information Coordinator to join our expanding Operations team. Our team is innovative, solutions-oriented, always ready to help and share a smile or a laugh with each other. We have travel in our hearts and believe in family-style hosting which extends from our tours on the road, to our team in the office.
You will be working in our offices in Century City, Cape Town. Century City is a city within a city and is located in the heart of the Cape Town metropolis. It is trendy and upmarket with many restaurants and coffee shops around and of course; it boasts the impressive Canal Walk Mall.
The position is for you if you will take extreme accountability and pride in ensuring that our suppliers and tour leaders have received all the relevant information needed to ensure a successful tour. You will create workflows on Asana, populate sheets, update suppliers and create bookings and reservations for certain elements of our tours.
It is essential that you have a good geographical understanding of Europe for this role.
Requirements
- International travel experience (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite software
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Self-discipline - Continue towards meeting your objectives without being prompted to do so.
