What we are looking for: We are in search of a creative and driven social media manager to assist in implementing top notch social media and content strategies for our clients.

What you will do:

• Optimise and launch creative pages
• Manage the design strategy
• Lead the creative discussion
• Collaborate with the client
• Creating bright and functional form/pages
• Always learning to keep up with the constant changes and evolution of software
• Planning and creating content for online channel
• Reviewing and optimising company website and social media pages
• Scheduling posts at various times to increase its visibility
• Coordinating with the social media analyst to analyse social media data
• Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
• Developing and sharing various social media content like graphics, videos and other forms of content
• Developing effective strategies for driving and increasing online traffic

What you must have:

• A national diploma: marketing is required
• 1-2 years related experience
• Experience of 2-3 years with working on Facebook, Tiktok, Linkedin, Instagram etc
• Digital or hard copy portfolio is a must
• Knowledge and experience on video and photography equipment is necessary
• Proficiency in basic Adobe and MS Office Suite is essential
• Proven work experience as a social media marketing manager or a similar role in the marketing department
• Understanding of social media principles and best practices
• Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Ubersuggest, and SEOWorkers Analysis Tool
• Knowledge of social media design tools like Canva, Skitch and Easily
• Great leadership skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
