We are seeking a full-time front of house representative/hospitality coordinator for a very busy high-end salon at the V&A Waterfront. We are seeking friendly, outgoing candidates who can work well under pressure, and enjoys working with a high influx of international guests. As a team-oriented company, we seek individuals who can be flexible with work hours and able to handle demanding retail hours.
The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and displays a positive attitude when interacting with customers and employees, and who are looking to grow within the company.
Qualifications and experience:
Applicants must be mature (30 years +)
Able to work retail hours
Have hospitality experience
Knowledge and understanding of high customer service principles and practices
Excellent people skills, detail-oriented and dedicated in assisting people
Must be able to lead by example
Retail sales knowledge a plus
Key competencies:
Excellent computer literacy and Microsoft Office ability
Strong Customer service skills and Service Industry knowledge
Excellent Command of the English language- Written and Verbal
Friendly, diplomatic and professional
