We are looking for an ambitious, connected and conscious-minded relationship manager who has excellent communication and people skills. You will be responsible for looking after existing key accounts and establishing, building and maintaining long-term partnerships that are collaborative and beneficial to all parties.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth in order to fund the Ladles of Love programmes by forging strong meaningful and purposeful relationships with clients, across all sectors. Sound marketing and corporate social investment knowledge, event management skills and a passion for opening opportunities though networking, are pre-requisites for this position.
Responsibilities:
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange and attend business development meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services by addressing and predicting clients’ needs and finding common objectives
Prepare service level agreements ensuring the deliverables and adherence thereof
Keep data and manage records of sales, revenue, invoices by working in Salesforce
Provide trustworthy feedback and reporting to business development director
Be an excellent team player and work in a collaborative and unified way
Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Use campaigns and events to leverage relationships and drive sponsorship revenue.
Research and mine funding opportunities by knowing and understanding and keeping abreast of ESG, CSI and SDG.
Required:
Proven working experience in business development, corporate sales, relationship or sponsorship management.
Experience in relationship management with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Happy to put in the hours and hard yards required to achieve results
Business minded and goal orientated
Purpose led and solution driven
Proficiency in MS Office, Google and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Public speaking, presentation skills and copy writing
Event coordination experience
Congenial and able to build a rapport and foster relationships
Time management, project management and meticulous administration
Willingness to be flexible, resilient and open to learn and upskill
Own transport, laptop and smart phone is essential.
