Recruiter

• A bachelor's degree/diploma in human resources, business administration, or related field
• A minimum of five years experience as a recruiter /talent acquisition consultant, preferably in the financial services center
• Experience with recruitment processes
• The ability to conduct different types of interviews, especially values-based interviews
• The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies aligned with business needs

• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
• Collaborating with department managers to compile a list of requirements aligned to the role and business needs
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
• Promoting EVP (Employer Value Proposition) by keeping abreast of developments in the company and industry
• Sourcing effective career fair opportunities to attend and recruit talent
