Project manager that will be responsible for planning, organising, managing and executing multi-channel projects from beginning to end. The project scope can vary from single pieces of collateral to multifaceted, multichannel marketing campaigns.
This person will work under the direction of our client service team or creative directors from whom they collect project information — deadlines, objectives, budgets, etc. You will also manage tasks in the system while creating and managing detailed schedules throughout the duration of the project.
Responsibilities- Manage project teams: They will be responsible for managing project teams, including developers, designers/copywriters (via traffic), and other professionals who are working on multi-channel/traditional/digital projects.
- Project management: Coordinated end-to-end project management for advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality control. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and production, to ensure seamless execution.
- Budget management: They will be responsible for managing budgets and ensuring that projects are completed within the approved cost from the Client Service team.
- Risk management: They will identify and manage risks associated with various digital projects, including managing and resolving issues as they arise.
- Quality control: They will be responsible for ensuring that multi-channel and digital projects meet quality standards and requirements.
- Communication: They will communicate project progress, issues, and changes with the client service team, including senior management and project sponsors.
- Continuous improvement: They will continuously monitor and improve multi-channel and digital project processes to ensure that they are efficient and effective.
- Digital marketing knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing, channels, and best practices.
- Work with the internal team to project manage the production and development of campaigns from brief to fulfillment and ensure they are delivered on time, to budget, and in line with customer service agreements
- Produce timing schedules for internal and external parties and ensure they are followed or adjusted where necessary
Required- 2-3 years of ad agency, project management experience (client service)
- Ad agency operations/project management software knowledge advantageous (workbook)
- Strong project management skills, coupled with your deep understanding of digital campaigns, will be crucial to the success of our organisation.
- Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in a digital marketing and advertising agency environment.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating and delivering successful multi-channel and digital campaigns, from conceptualization to execution and evaluation.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of agency project management tools
- Outstanding communication skills
- Knowledge of project management processes, workflow and terminology
- Agility and ability to function well in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
