The ability to identify potential customers and formulate sales strategies that will result in long term relationships and profitable revenue streams will afford you a huge advantage.

Success in the role will be measured by achieving key targets related to new revenue generation, profitability and client and team satisfaction.

Requirements

• A minimum of five years' experience in a NBD role
• Advanced negotiation, communication, writing and organisational skills
• Facilitation, team motivation and team leadership management
• A proven history of managing revenue targets and forecasts
• Solid attention to detail
• Successful management of complex engagements in a team environment.
• A strong ability to recognise new trends in the industry and leverage those opportunities that present themselves
• Excellent corporate and agency contacts
• Knowledge and experience of the production environment will be highly advantageous
