What we are looking for: A mid-weight designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise and execute visually engaging designs across digital and print platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and project requirements
• Create compelling graphics, illustrations and layouts for various mediums, including websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations and print materials
• Design and produce visually stunning user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability and aesthetics
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide valuable design insights and ideas that contribute to the overall creative direction of projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content and development to ensure alignment and consistent visual communication

What you must have:

• Three + years’ experience in branding, including visual identities, brand experiences and brand campaigns role 
• Degree-level qualification in art/design 
• Solid knowledge of design software programmes, such as Sketch, InVision and Adobe Creative Suite
• Possess strong conceptual skills, a high-level sense of design, layout and typography and a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions
• Excellent knowledge of the print and production process
• Passionate about digital experience design and digital channels
