Job summary:

Key responsibilities:

Sales support:

• Assist the sales team in generating leads and identifying potential clients.
• Participate in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the digital advertising space.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth sales process.

Account management:

• Work closely with account managers to support client relationships and address their needs.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients.
• Assist in resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the campaign execution.
• Support the account managers in upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Client communication:

• Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including email, phone, and meetings.
• Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to building long-term relationships with clients and understanding their business goals.

Training and development:

• Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of digital advertising and industry best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing, or recently obtained a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital advertising and media sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is advantageous.
