A well-established automotive dealership based in Jhb North, is looking to employ a qualified, professional and diligent Level 4 motor vehicle technician.
Requirements:
- Trade Test (Motor Mechanic)
- Experience working in a franchise dealership and completed relative OEM mechanical technician training
- Drivers license
- Clear criminal record
Responsibilities:
- To take steps to ensure servicing of the vehicle remains within the targeted percentages of the manufacturer time
- To discuss technical matters with service advisors and customers
- To ensure standards are maintained with vehicle care and safety whilst performing functions
- To ensure vehicles are returned to the customer after service in a neat and clean condition
- Managing and completing job cards
- Achieving targets set out
- Problem solving
- Faultfinding (mechanical and electrical)
Remuneration is market related and highly negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications. Incentives and benefits also offered as part of the remuneration package.
