Account Manager
Our amazing client is currently looking for an experienced a
ccount management lead to play a vital role in providing guidance in creating long-term client relationships, acting as the bridge between the client and the operational delivery teams. He/she is required to build and facilitate executive level relationships with clients, to ensure the future revenue of these accounts and to deliver what was sold.
Requirements:
- Business-related degree.
- Strong commercial background.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- Extensive client relationship management experience.
- 10 or more years in an account management or client engagement role.
- Insurance knowledge and background.
- Experience managing the delivery of IT-related software and products.
- Team player.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans to ensure profitability and encourage business growth.
- Develop and execute on the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) plan.
- Create and manage an effective engagement structure and processes with clients.
- Demonstrate understanding of the business of our clients, the insurer.
- Understand and translate our value proposition for the client.
- Facilitate executive level engagements with our clients.
- Ability to negotiate with clients in the spirit of co-operation and collaboration.
- Effectively manages client expectation.
- Build relationships with clients to establish and manage contracts.
- Create, identify, and respond to, opportunities for providing products and services to the client.
- Collaborating effectively with the COO; Ops Manager; POs and PMOs to ensure timely and effective delivery of services to clients.
- Successful service delivery – through SLA achievement and high level of client satisfaction.
- Effectively collect and align the client requirements to drive agreed targets and corporate objectives within the agreed budgets.
- Assess risks and make recommendations based on analysis of all factors affecting a business situation.
- Facilitate internal and client audits.
