Relocation Africa is a leading company in the global mobility sector in Africa, with our Head Office based in Cape Town and we are looking for a Finance Manager.

Educational requirements:
- BCom degree in financial accounting or equivalent 3 or 4-year diploma/degree
- SAIPA Articles (or similar accounting and/or finance qualification) is a pre requisite

Responsibilities:
The Financial Manager will be responsible for all aspects of Financial Management at a strategic level, including financial analysis and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
The incumbent will oversee the daily operations of the finance department and will be responsible for the effective use and disposition of staff and financial resources in conjunction with the below:
- Ensure company’s budget is prepared and complied with
- Facilitate adherence to same within all business divisions and departments
- Ensure all reporting is produced accurately and regularly
- Provide dedicated sight to the finances of the business
Previous experience required:- Preparation and finalisation of accounts in accordance with South African legislation
- Budget preparation and reporting
- Knowledge of current practice of internal auditing
- Knowledge of strategic planning
Skillset required:- Excellent understanding of financial management
- Highly numerate and able to analyse statistical information and interpret financial data to produce reports which can be understood by non-financial colleagues
- Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written
- Deadline-orientated
- Accuracy is paramount
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office especially MS Excel, Xero and databases
- Ability to work at both a detailed and strategic level
- Proven track record in building and managing a team
- Ability to work in a high-paced, dynamic business environment
- Ability to build constructive, productive working relationships with internal and external business partners/stakeholders is key
- Impeccable ethics
