An expanding brokerage in George is looking for an energetic, experienced and dynamic telesales consultant to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call.
- Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company.
- Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes.
- Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input.
- Input data into the company CRM platform to keep each customer record updated.
- Closing sales deals telephonically and maintaining customer relationships.
- Achieving realistic sales targets daily.
Requirements:- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism
- Proven sales track record
- Must be available to work some holidays and weekends if required
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- FAIS Regulatory Examination (RE5) qualification will be an advantage
