The position is accountable for the operation and function of the warehouse in full with the primary focus being on providing service delivery for the campaigns

The warehouse supervisor is to work closely with the internal and external stakeholders in order to accomplish daily, weekly and monthly campaign objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving stock – random checks of stock vs goods received
• Prepacking – make sure internal team sends pre-packing lists to warehouse on time and make sure this is packed and ready
• Promoter collections and returns – make sure collections and returns ae done timeously checks are done
• Courier -ensure courier is done timeously and accurately and liaise with stakeholders
• Stock movement system – ensure system is up to date, stock is captured and discrepancies are documented and communicated
• Warehouse stock take – ensure this is done quarterly 
• Attend audits with client facing teams and make sure warehouse is aligned with standard warehouse procedures 
• Monitor and measure team members on a daily/weekly/monthly basis against set KPI’s/targets/objectives.
• Exception and defect management, using business management systems (Warehouse system), checks daily output and compliance.
• System setup and reporting requirements as well as implementation/follow up through to completion.

The candidate is to also have experience and skills in event set up and strike

• Must have drivers licence Code 10
