Head of Regulatory Reporting/ALM

• A tertiary qualification - accounting preferably (e.g. ACCA, CA or CIMA) 
• Advanced MSOffice (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

• Design and implement processes and systems resulting in higher levels of efficiency within the organization’s Regulatory reporting
• Ensure all matters relating to the preparation and submission of the organisation’s BA Returns are effectively managed
• Proactively manage regulatory reporting requirements by ensuring the ALCO and Risk Committees are kept abreast of all future regulatory reforms and the impact on the organization
• Provide guidance on the regulatory implications of new products, services and other strategic initiatives
• Prepare reports for the monthly ALCO pack and quarterly Board pack enabling the management of Liquidity, Capital and Interest Rate Risk
