Group payroll administrator - East Rand, Gauteng

A well-established automotive dealership based in the East Rand is seeking a payroll administrator for their Group of Dealerships. 

Minimum requirements: 

• Automotive Industry experience in this position is preferred
• Sage VIP and ESS experience will be beneficial
• Good communication skills 
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a deadline driven environment

Duties (included but not limited to):

• Full Payroll functions
• Review of payroll processing, leave capturing
• Review of contracts
• Review of clocking sheet summaries
• Review of AOD documents
• MIBCO and medical aid reconciliations
• MIBCO return filing
• Medical aid additions
• Certificates of services, UI19's, MIBCO withdrawal forms, etc.
• Month-end rollover and posting of payslips to ESS
• Creation of new companies on Sage
• Employee transfers on Sage between companies
• IRP5 extraction, review and reconciliation
• SARS Directives - request where required
• EMP201 - extract, review and send on reports to group accountant for compilation of EMP201's (support for EMP501's where required)
• Attendance on behalf of the company at DRC/CCMA as required (general/labour attorneys will also attend to assist)
• Addressing all other payroll and Sage matters (with assistance from attorneys and IT as required)
