Responsibilities

• Full-time B2B Video/Email Lead Generation Account Manager role
• Looking after clients to support them in pay-per-lead video and email marketing
• Must have experience in B2B email marketing or video marketing
• Must have a good understanding of the B2B lead generation
• Must have good understanding of prospect list building and managing data
• Helpful to have knowledge of Apollo.io, Lemlist and Instantly
• Helpful to have knowledge of CRMs and Marketing Automation
• Must have experience working with senior people (clients)
• Must be competent with MS 0365 suite
• Helpful to understand email set up, DKIM, DMARC, SPF etc.
• Must have a great attitude and care about looking after clients
• Must be willing to go the extra mile for clients
• Must be flexible, have high integrity and be an excellent team player
• Working hours are 2pm till 9pm

Requirements

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
• Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Solid organizational skills
• A university qualification, additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus.
