We are seeking a talented digital marketing coordinator to join our team at the Chelsea Group. As digital marketing coordinator, you will expand our companies’ digital footprints, building brand awareness and play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategies and initiatives for multiple B2B brands. The ideal candidate is an all-rounder, creative marketing professional with strong communication and content creation skills.

Key responsibilities: - Brand management: Take ownership of brand positioning, ensuring consistency of brand voice and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials. Develop a deep understanding of each brand's unique value proposition and target market to effectively communicate key messaging.
- Digital content creation and management: You will be responsible for the digital content across several brands, including social media content, website content and email newsletters. Reporting will also be part of the role as well as building databases.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Working with creative teams, and closely with the marketing manager and communications director to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute marketing plans that align with the overall business objectives of the group and its brands.
Required:- Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience, preferably in a multi-brand or agency environment.
- Good people skills – you will be working with C-suite executives and various teams across the different brands.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, including brand management, campaign planning, digital marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Creativity and innovation, with the ability to think outside the box and develop unique marketing approaches.
