Who are we: A multi-disciplined creative agency specialising in through-the-line marketing solutions for some of the biggest brands in the country.

Who are we looking for: A social media manager with at least 2 years experience in social media and content management with agency experience to work from Bedfordview.

What will you do:

• In this role, you will be responsible for implementing comprehensive social media strategies across multiple digital channels and platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions


• Curate and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, and digital channels with the integration of the ecosystem to align with the brand voice and marketing goals


• Monitor and moderate comments, messages, and interactions on social media channels promptly and professionally


• Collaborate in tracking, analysing, and reporting on key social media metrics to optimize content performance and provide insights for future strategies


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to recommend innovative ideas and strategies


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, corporate teams and marketing brand managers, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all social media channels across all touchpoints


• Foster relationships with our online community by responding to inquiries, comments, and messages in a friendly and informative manner


• Maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule and timely execution of campaigns


• Provide support in organizing and executing social media campaigns to boost engagement and reach


• Monitor brand mentions and industry conversations to identify opportunities for engagement and address potential issues proactively


• Stay informed about the latest social media tools, algorithms, and trends to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing strategies

What do you need: 

• At least 2-3 years of experience in digital or social media-related efforts, with some time overseeing social media community engagement & content creation for a public brand


• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools to analyse performance metrics and make data-driven decisions


• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.


• The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar


• Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices


• Experience managing organic & paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads is an advantage


• Proven experience working in a client-facing role, including having the ability to understand and assess a client’s business needs and communication needs and meet those needs through successful digital and social programs


• Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving


• A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
