We are urgently seeking a skilled communicator to join our team as a customer service advisor for a nationally recognised plumbing brand in the UK. You will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service to our valued clients. Your responsibilities will involve efficiently addressing customer inquiries, resolving complex issues and handling escalations with a professional touch.
Standard working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (UK time)

Key responsibilities:
Provide courteous and professional responses to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone.
Deliver advanced customer service, meeting individual needs and concerns effectively.
Collaborate with various departments to resolve intricate customer issues and find suitable solutions.
Address customer complaints promptly, ensuring efficient and effective resolution.
Offer clear product and service information to customers.
Efficiently process service requests, appointments and manage schedules.
Maintain meticulous customer records and update them as required.
Continuously monitor and evaluate customer feedback to improve our services.
Work closely with the team to maintain consistent communication and service delivery.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a customer service role (at least one year) is highly desirable.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Availability of backup UPS/inverter/generator for power interruptions.
A quiet and distraction-free home office environment with a reliable internet connection (minimum ten Mbps up and down).
