Our client is building a world-class, scalable commercial function, ready for future growth. You'll work in a fast-growing environment with the opportunity to build a highly automated commercial environment including new technologies.
What you will be up to:
Place orders with vendors
Creation of goods receipts for goods and services delivered
Liaise with commercial team for goods delivered
Examining and solve issues relating to purchase orders and unpaid invoices
Making sure all supplier invoices are compliant have correct goods receipts / PO numbers
Travel booking and management
Back-office support
Review and update status of orders in dashboards
Any other administration tasks as needed
Creation of monthly order status reports
What we're looking for in you:
Ability to communicate effectively with several stakeholders, such as procurement, accounting, and the commercial team.
IT literate (using Palantir Dashboards) and highly proficient with ERP systems (INFOR knowledge preferable)
Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision
Confident using MS Office (Outlook, Excel)
Be ambitious, a great team player and a lovely person to work with.
