Brand Manager

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and plans, including brand positioning, messaging and target audience identification.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitors and industry insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as graphic design team and product owner to align brand and marketing objectives and develop marketing plans.
• Create and manage brand budgets.
• Develop and implement promotional and advertising strategies and plans, including print, digital and social media channels.
• Develop and implement marketing tactics and activations to promote consumer engagement.
• Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Maintain brand guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and compliance with group marketing corporate identity.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies, media partners and vendors. 
• Manage and implement product launches, events and activations and coordinate with relevant teams.

• Matric (NQF 4) bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration or related field.
• Min 3-5 years experience as a brand manager, in both traditional and social media aspects.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics and branding principles. High attention to detail.
• Service orientated and standards of high quality.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
