The mission:

As our car wash manager, you will develop and nurture a top-performing team to ensure outstanding customer service. With your hands-on approach, you'll train and mentor employees while always striving for complete customer satisfaction. You'll be a natural leader with a passion for service, embodying high energy and personal accountability. Your focus will be on achieving "excellence in execution" in every aspect of the role.

Position requirements:

• Valid South African drivers licence
• Fully ambulatory without impairment
• Previous driving and working experience
• Retail experience is preferable
• Priority given to black females with a valid South African drivers licence

Job analysis:

• Work environment - Thrive in an outdoor, year-round setting while mastering all carwash production and customer service roles. You'll be constantly interacting with a diverse range of employees and customers in a fast-paced environment. This position demands that you are fully ambulatory and sighted, with or without vision correction.
• Qualities - As a safety-conscious individual, you'll be a natural multitasker who loves engaging with customers and explaining how we can elevate their vehicle's appearance. As a member of the Supa-Wash management team, you'll maintain a consistently positive, team-oriented, and professional demeanor, displaying high integrity and honesty.
• Abilities - Be prepared to learn our business from the ground up, mastering all line production and customer service positions. You'll need to read, interpret and apply policies and procedures from written material, including operations and maintenance manuals. Acquire cross-training in express and full-service detail processes, learn basic preventative and repair maintenance procedures on industrial carwash equipment, and manage the carwash operation to meet established labor management and sales goals.
• Skills - Demonstrate the ability to drive various types of vehicles and maintain a valid South African drivers licence. Promote Supa-Wash, our products, and services to customers and the community, and uphold the trusted Supa-Wash brand.
