Operational Administrative Assistant - George (Hybrid)

The Operational Administrative Assistant will be reporting to the Regional Manager and be responsible for the full spectrum of administrative support functions which include, but not limited to, coordinating office communications, purchasing, processing to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of the business as well as the execution of logistical tasks. The position offers a Hybrid working environment!

Minimum requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or related field qualification preferred
• Administrative experience

Competencies:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to connect with different levels of staff, management,
  and local suppliers.
• Quick learner with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working with an ERP system (preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
• Excellent administrative, filling, capturing and organizational skills.
• Be flexible and open to change.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Work very efficient and precise.
• Be driven and able to work under pressure.
• Problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions and executing all clerical functions
• Processing of orders (local and exports)
• Managing and updating company databases
• Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
• Responsible for inventory and managing stock counts.
• Procure supplies as directed by management.
• Close collaboration with the warehouse and logistics team
• Collaborating with the international teams for IT, HR, Finance, and other departments to align with the Company’s overall business processes.

Remuneration: is market related and highly negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications.
