    Accounts Administrator - Processing

    Remuneration:R200000 - R250000 per month cost-to-company 
    Location:Johannesburg

    Requirements: 
    • Relevant degree/ diploma
    • Proven work experience as an accounts administrator: processing or similar role
    • Good understanding of bookkeeping and debt collection methods
    • Working knowledge of accounting software
    • Excel expertise is required (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
    • Data entry skills include the ability to spot numerical errors

    • Capturing invoices
    • Onboarding/maintaining vendor database
    • Monitoring creditors mailbox
    • Managing queries
    • PO receipts
    • Authorisation requests and assisting accounts payable specialist
    • Vetting invoices and allocating to matter account/GL and cost centre
    • Identify and process to relevant vendor account on the system
    • Capture credit notes/process applications
    • Capture credit notes/process applications
    • Requesting BBBEE certificates
