What you’ll be up to:This is a dynamic Account Manager/Support role focused on providing exceptional service to our client. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for supporting clients in their pay-per-lead video and email marketing initiatives. A solid understanding of the industry is crucial as you will play a key role in advising and guiding their diverse client base. Possibility of performance incentives for this role
Requirements and skills - Proven experience as an Account Manager/Support or relevant role
- Must have knowledge in B2B email marketing or video marketing
- Must have a good understanding of the B2B lead generation process, to help clients with queries
- Must have good understanding of prospect list building and managing data
- Helpful to have knowledge of Apollo.io, Lemlist and Instantly
- Helpful to have knowledge of CRMs and Marketing Automation
- Must have experience working with senior people (clients)
- Must be competent with MS 0365 suite
- Helpful to understand email set up, DKIM, DMARC, SPF etc.
- Must have a great attitude and care about looking after clients
- Must be willing to go the extra mile for clients
- Must be flexible, have high integrity and be an excellent team player
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organizational skills
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Willing to work 2pm - 9pm SA time.
- South Africa Citizenship or Permanent Residency is essential
- Working laptop / pc.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Fluency in spoken and written English
