Our amazing client is currently looking for an experienced account management lead to play a vital role in providing guidance in creating long-term client relationships, acting as the bridge between the client and the operational delivery teams. He/she is required to build and facilitate executive level relationships with clients, to ensure the future revenue of these accounts and to deliver what was sold.

Requirements:

• Business-related degree.
• Strong commercial background.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent negotiating skills.
• Extensive client relationship management experience.
• 10 or more years in an account management or client engagement role.
• Insurance knowledge and background.
• Experience managing the delivery of IT-related software and products.
• Team player.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic plans to ensure profitability and encourage business growth.
• Develop and execute on the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) plan.
• Create and manage an effective engagement structure and processes with clients.
• Demonstrate understanding of the business of our clients, the insurer.
• Understand and translate our value proposition for the client.
• Facilitate executive level engagements with our clients.
• Ability to negotiate with clients in the spirit of co-operation and collaboration.
• Effectively manages client expectation.
• Build relationships with clients to establish and manage contracts.
• Create, identify, and respond to, opportunities for providing products and services to the client.
• Collaborating effectively with the COO; Ops Manager; POs and PMOs to ensure timely and effective delivery of services to clients.
• Successful service delivery – through SLA achievement and high level of client satisfaction.
• Effectively collect and align the client requirements to drive agreed targets and corporate objectives within the agreed budgets.
• Assess risks and make recommendations based on analysis of all factors affecting a business situation.
• Facilitate internal and client audits.
